Log Washer

Washer are ideal for scrubbing difficult materials, such as manganese ore, iron ore, phosphate and other tough insoluble gravels and soft stone minerals.

The log washer thoroughly scours, breakdown, and cleans the toughest materials, to separate the silt and stains from manganese ore, iron ore and other low grade mineral.

Log washer drives the spiral shaft rotating in different directions. The minerals feeding into tank were washed by water and stirred and lifted by the screws to be discharged from the discharged side. The water dissolves all other impurities like fines and clay and the same can be sent from processing in the fines line.
